Very well located but also located next to a busy train and tram line and also the road making it very noisy. We had 2 rooms, the first being set back from the road and was a lot quieter than the front room. Sleep was a struggle. Aside from that the place is clean, well appointed, large 2 room apartment perfect for us. We would definitely stay again but request a rear of building room for the quiet.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the place was easy to find, very spacious and clean, great views across the Yarra River to MCG and tennis arena. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting something central and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be coming back to stay when next visiting Melbourne.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view on arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a great location for what we wanted to do in Melbourne. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and we will be back.

Excellent property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Close (walking distance) to Rod Laver Arena & MCG and a well-stocked IGA supermarket/convenience store is located next door to the property. Transport options are plentiful and close by. The noise of the trains running nearby was noticeable at first but not a deal breaker from my perspective. The spacious and well-maintained apartment I stayed in (13th floor) made up for that. I experienced no adverse issues during my stay and will certainly stay at Adina on Flinders again in the future. Highly recommended.

Just a lovely stay - had to extend multiple times for work and the staff made it so easy. Stayed in both the 1 bedroom apartment and the lofts - both are very spacious although the lofts are stairs only so don’t bring a 30kg suitcase like me! Either way, this will definitely be my new first port of call for trips to Melbourne. Great part of town, bus and tram on your doorstep and flinders station is a quick hop away. Beds and sofa were comfortable for a 6’5 man which is rare! Surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rate

Easy walking or transport to Melb Central / Bourke Street Mall. Kitchen was lacking dishwasher tablets, plug for sink; in fact any plugs for bath/ bathroom either. There was no dish drainer either. Three of us staying and only two towels. I had to ask for the Expedia perk as they were not to forthcoming.

I have stayed here twice during 2025 and is now my default place if I need to stay on the east side of Melbourne CBD. Great rooms, basically a full apartment with the advantages of being a hotel. Parking is also incredibly secure behind two secure roller doors to get in. Worth its weight in gold alone.
