Brilliant location although construction. Not currently on top of restaurants and trams but will be when finished with barriers. Leafy, trees and pretty! Staff were perfect. Just a great pitch of familiar, and kind, but energetic and personable.

Nice small cosy hotel. Perfect location just outside of the CBD with trams in your doorstep. Lovely staff, rooms, restaurant and bar. I would without a doubt stay there again when in Melbourne.

Lovely amenities and room but unfortunately blinds were not working and spa bath was disappointing - too small, jets inappropriate and difficult to empty.

Amazing service and staff extremely professional. Helped me out with a special package of my home town pies 🤗. Trivargo did say the Car Parking was free, which was one of the reasons we choose to stay here, but on arrival we were charged.........not the Hotels fault!
