Good location ad nice staff. The room was neat and tidy as well. One thing we were bit disappointed with beds. We requested 2 single beds and they didn’t look clean. My husband had some spot allegies on his arms and legs. Maybe beds were at the warehouse so didn’t clean properly… Rest of them all fine.

I stayed at the Quest New Quay as I had an early morning appointment in the Docklands precinct. I did receive an upgrade which was nice but a bit of a waste as having a two bed apartment really wasn’t of any extra value to me. The apartment has a kitchen which would be great if it was a longer visit but I am very puzzled as to who designed it as having a microwave at floor level is very strange. The bathroom has both a washing machine and dryer and a good size shower. My only comment is that it had a musty unfresh smell so maybe the vents need a clean. Both bedrooms were the same size and I found my bed to be comfortable. Both bedrooms have sliding doors onto a very small balcony but unfortunately my view was of the building across the street.
