I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and vowed never to return due to the substandard facilities Due to circumstances we had to have a hotel extremely close to the airport because of an early flight We gave Park Royal another chance But WOW after a massive refurbishment we returned and were pleasantly surprised by the changes our room was excellent great size and with modern fit out Well done Park Royal

The place was a little difficult for us to find but once we found it it was a hidden little gem. Staff at reception were very lovely and helpful and the restaurant staff were approachable and friendly aswell. They assisted us with two high chairs and were very accommodating to our active children. The rooms were soo comfortable and cosy. Room service was prompt and delicious. Overall stay was great and we will be back next year. Thank you
