Very impressed with the friendly Reception staff who could not have been more accommodating or helpful throughout our whole stay. We were initially turned away at breakfast as there was no table available for the group of 10 of us however it was handled so well by the staff who organised a table within 20 minutes, calling us to say it was ready. Reception then checked back in with us when we all checked out and apologised again. The way they handled this situation (which we were initially annoyed about but understood they were doing their best) was greatly appreciated and just one of many examples of how friendly, polite and professional the staff were throughout our entire stay. Pool was also excellent. We will be back for sure!

Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Pool was clean and spa was beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and no shortage of food provided. BEST part was the pillows , they were fabulous and I even went online and bought 2 for home.
