Second time here - got a room upgrade without asking very clean and nice staff. Let us keep the car in car park for about an extra 5 hours! Will be back

Rooms were large. Cleaness of rooms terrible (4guests and they gave us 2 towles). One toliet paper for 5 days stay and one tissue left in box. Asked for more and waited 3 days (by then i brought my own). No hot water after 2 showers. Our room card had to be re program led evey day

Excellent location close to transport and dining options.Stayed in 1 bed premium apartment and was nice for family of 4 with kids having sofa bed.Clean room and good swimming pool and spa.All in all it was a good decision.

We love Mantra at Southbank. It’s great for families. The facilities are well maintained, the rooms are well equipped for family stays and it has a pool and spa. The location is fantastic for easy access to the city and public transport. We also love the ability to just walk along the river and grab a bite to eat.
