Hotel staff were great and location really good. Room was an excellent size as we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Aspects are a little tired though. Carpet needs replacing in hallways and the bathroom and kitchen was looking very worn. Room was quiet enough during day but take ear plug for sleeping at night of you're a light sleeper.

The location is great, within walking distance to everything. It’s a 2 minute walk across the river to the shops (late night Wollies and Coles) the railway station and any sort of restaurant you’d like. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and the beds were fine (a little soft for my liking but others probably love that). On the first night I was disappointed by the hot water temperature and mentioned it to reception the next morning. By the time I got back that night it was more than hot enough so they solved my problem straight away. The counter staff were very efficient and friendly but I was a bit surprised by the lack of effort by housekeeping. I really wasn’t expecting any housekeeping services but they did swap out my towel each day and make the bed but to be honest the bed making was average at best. Not sure why they swapped the towels out as I’d hung it up to dry. Anyway it was nice of them to do it but it wasn’t to the standard you’d normally expect of this chain. Will I stay there again next time, yep.
