The location and size of unit was excellent. Southbank just a very short stroll away. Out of the crazy busy part, yet close enough to everything

Friendly staff. Nice big pool for the kids to play in. Close to Southbank and the city. Would definitely stay here again

Had trouble finding parking, signage wasnt very good. I presume the works out front will be cleaned up as it is not pretty! Service counter was lovely all workers were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very neat and clean. All amenities in good working order. Our view was a very ugly grey wall. I would highly recommend a painted mural as it was awful (yes we had the cheapest apartment but for $200 i still found it disappointing) there were dishes left next to the elevator that remained there for our whole stay. Considering staff used the same elevator i would expect these to have been removed sooner. The breakfast tables were not being cleaned - customers were clearing tables themselves to be seated. I can only put this down to perhaps being understaffed over the long weekend?? Overall we were very happy with location and service however there were certainly areas that need to be improved

I enjoyed sitting in the warm spa at the end of the day after walking for hours. I liked the two bedrooms as I was staying with a teenage nephew. It was an easy walk to the nightlife along the Yarra. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating breakfast despite the busy traffic.

Loved the location but was it was so noisy in this part of town, this had nothing to do with the hotel but did effect my stay.

Great location, lovely large apartment. A bit noisy though..outside road traffic was very audible at night. Might need to invest in double glazing.
