We were able to leave our luggage at hotel, upon check out, while we spent the day in the city (service was available till 10pm). Check out no issues. Helpful staff. Had no interaction with any staff. The room was nice but a few issues with cleaning, the toilet had pubic hair on the seat and the bench with the sink wasnt wiped down and was sticky and had remnants of what ever was spilt there by the last guests.
