Late 11am check out is a bonus. Basic and quiet room but all that is needed considering we were out most of the time. Only issue i had was chromecast wouldnt connect and dispite the pressure, toilet took two flushes. Conditioner as well as the shampoo would be great. Will be staying again in a few months.

Such a peaceful place to stay in the heart of the CBD. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Check-in service was beyond my expectations. Easy walk to trams, Melbourne Central and Bourke Street Mall. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for one night but we were out til very late! The bed was comfortable the room clean and I liked that there was a cafe downstairs for if you wanted to pop in for a coffee! We didn’t get to the hotel restaurant but would go next time!

We arrived to check in and were upgraded to the Novotel, part of the same building. Nice apartments, the buffet breakfast was great, staff very helpful with requests and directions. Would stay here again
