Air conditioning was not working, we went down to the front desk during the night to complain about the room temperature but was told nothing could be done. In the morning when we checked out and I again complained about the room temperature the guy on reception checked and said it was preset to 24 degrees. Car park entrance is terrible.

The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, the whole hotel smells wonderful, beds and lounges were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is really great, the food is fresh and replaced often, lots of variety for food and drinks, healthy and indulgent options and great selections for kids also. We loved it here and will be back.
