Staff were friendly from the moment we pulled up to valet parking through to check out. Buffet breakfast each day was delicious, staff even came over to offer barista made coffees and teas. There was something to eat for everyone. Our Family Room was on the 12th floor with views across the city and part of the Yarra. Room was clean and tidy. We can’t wait to come stay again!

Perfect place to stay if hanging around docklands. Its above DFO south wharf for shopping, has a taxi ring out front. Parking is either valet or in DFO parking with a voucher. Its walkablr to crown for food, yet also has a restaurant. And easy enough to walk into cbd or to either stadium if you're reasonably fit. Overall, my favourite place to stay in Melbourne.

The Pacific Club was outstanding. Would highly recommend to book the Pacific Club King room came with fabulous extras. Really made our stay that much more enjoyable. Staff were amazing. The hotel is close to DFO. A short pleasant walk to the tram line. Is surrounded by plenty of fabulous restaurants.
