Only one elevator working and many guest's lining up to use the dirty service elevator. Was not informed abouf car parking and only after checking in had to go through entire process again to get car parking which was $40 and a few hundred metters away in another street. Waited 45 mins for room service and asked reception for a wall plug to borrow so i could charge my phone as i was working while staying there only to be told that not any of thier staff would have one or none behind the desk anywhere. Paid $100 bond and still yet to receive it after 9 days. We used to frequent this motel but its dramatically gone down hill and will not be returning anytime soon.

I apologise for any inconveniences you may have incurred due to our lift upgrades and have discussed the matters regarding the service elevator with my housekeeping team to ensure it is resolved immediately. I understand that the parking can be difficult to navigate and hope it did not delay your trip too greatly. I have also discussed the room service and phone charger matters with my staff so that we may improve both the timeliness of our deliveries and the conveniences we have to offer guests. We have been advised that dependant on the bank it may take up to a month for the security deposit to be released, and we regret that this has been at an inconvenience to you. We were told the hotel recommended the Secure Parking car park, but not told to check into the hotel before parking to receive a discount. Very disappointed as the hotel is in a great location and beautifully appointed

Presume because of labour shortages room was only serviced 4 days out of 6. Usually late in the day. Bar area only open later in the afternoon. Room service meals were prompt and good value.

I really like the position of the hotel, it was great to walk everywhere. It was not on a busy street and was quiet.

Staff on front reception need training, we were directed to the second tower for our room, only to find the room was actually located in the other tower. Car parking arrangements need to be more clearly explained.

Bed was so comfortable and shower was great re size and pressure. However no room cleaning despite requesting. Pool area itself was overflowing with dirty towels. Need to sort out their cleaning services. When i asked i was told that they try to get around but quite obviously didnt have the staff. Need to let patrons know so we could come and get fresh towels or drop rubbish off...not have us wondering what happened. Their requests for room cleaning are electronically recorded so wouldnt be hard to follow up notifying us. Bond of 100 dollars per night is excessive. Most 4 and 5 star hotels i have stayed at only take up to 100 or so for the entire period. Despite this during the covid issues and having to chop and chnage bookings they were super helpful and great to deal with.
