Dear Nic, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay with us, we are disappointed to see that you had an underwhelming time here. I apologise for any inconveniences you may have incurred due to our lift upgrades and have discussed the matters regarding the service elevator with my housekeeping team to ensure it is resolved immediately. I understand that the parking can be difficult to navigate and hope it did not delay your trip too greatly. I have also discussed the room service and phone charger matters with my staff so that we may improve both the timeliness of our deliveries and the conveniences we have to offer guests. We have been advised that dependant on the bank it may take up to a month for the security deposit to be released, and we regret that this has been at an inconvenience to you.
