Very convenient location, nice big rooms and friendly staff. We had a slight problem having to chase housekeeping to clean our room but it was resolved.

1 person on check in when I got there which took like 15 mins per couple I then came back to reception the following day as I’d left my card in room so needed a new one Once again 1 person on check in with 3 couples waiting I stood there for 30 mins waiting in line Rooms are outdated not like photos showed for my room

We were checked into an already occupied room. When we were eventually checked into the correct room it was made up for 2 people, we booked for 4, the beds were more like king singles not double. After being checked into an occupied room with other peoples belongings in it and a room made for 2 not 4, they wouldn’t even give us an extra roll out bed on the house, they wanted us to pay $30!! Disgusting customer service, will never return!
