Clean room, spacious and nice view for the price. Staff were efficient in their tasks. Good dining options, although we decided against ordering as the one staff member present was noticeably run off their feet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and blockout curtains were great. TV was a good size. Kitchenette was pleasingly adequate. Bathroom smelled a bit with a running toilet that didn't flush well. Water pressure in shower was average to poor. Biggest issue was the paper thin walls. Hearing every word the teenagers were saying next door was a little disconcerting, particularly at 4am. Normal or noisy sex at this hotel would basically be a community event. Mostly for this reason, I'd not stay as a couple ever again.

We really like this hotel as we keep returning to it. This time the only thing I would fault is that our neighbours room service plates were outside our room for our 2 day stay. Noone collected them snd it was a bit smelly but as a whole we really do like this hotel. Staff are brilliant to deal with.

The AC was noisy. If you are in the least tottery, ask for a room with a walk in shower. The shower over the bath was very slippery and there were no grab rails.

All good but the air-conditioning was not working. Staff provided with portable fan and told they will try to chage room but at the end it was too late so we gave up . Did ask if they can give free breakfast as compensation was told they will try but no response from them in morning so stayed there with out air-conditioning and no compensation what so ever.i been there i belive 3 or 4 time and they are all good n great but this time bit disappointed i will still visit the hotel to stay there but i hope a bit more of customer service with small gesture gose a long way.

Staff were great, very accomodating. Rooms are spacious and all linens clean. Doors need resealing or something as there was a high pitched whistling sound that was present when doors were closed. We put a rolled up towel along base of door to stop it. Great spot and delicious breakfast. Excellent location to base yourself for exploring the city.

Yes room good but bathroom access to shower hard as in a bath. This was slippery with no grip mat or hand rail. Shampoos were spilling into the bath making it more slippery.

There were no staff or services at all. We waited for hours to get clean towels, coffee and tea stock. Only the receptionist is can be seen and didn't help at all.
