Great price and location, good coffee and spacious bar area. Friendly staff. Just unfortunate that our room was a bit dated, and backed onto the elevator shaft. And the shower took a very long time to get the temperature right. A few room updates and this place is a winner.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and adequate. No complaints. In a great spot. Special mention to Stuart the concierge. He is shy and softly spoken, but is very helpful and had a nice manner.

Showers water was cold both nights and unable to get under the shower fall due to bath faucet down lower complain to reception and nothing was done about it. Our room was loud at night and had a strange smell.

The room was large and clean and the service was very quick and friendly. The only downside is the area is quite dirty so first impressions are not that great. Parking is not on site but is not far down the street and is reasonably priced. Given the hotel is not located on a major road it is nice and quiet for a city hotel.
