This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time it impressed. Second time not so much. Check in was ok and the staff were very busy with heaps of people waiting. Room was smaller second time round but it was clean and comfy.
TV did not work. Called reception and got some instruction that didnt work. Went down to reception and advised someone would be up 10 to 15 mins and no one showed up. Called reception and again told 10 to 15 mins. No one showed up. Called again and 1 hour later went down and the young lady at counter came up with us and she fixed the tv.
Bath did not have a plug in it and called down for that. The safe didn't work but we left that.
The hotel is at a good location and it is our preferred hotel.
I hope it goes back to the same level as our first stay.
