Loved the view. We were lucky to have a room on the city side. The room was lovely. On arrival we received a welcome pack witch was unexpected. We could not of been happier.

I checked ahead whether pool is open as this is the main reason I booked, to treat my daughter. They said yes. I booked and at check in I was told no. I would have waited for our weekend away until this was changed had I known. False info just to secure a booking - not good.
