A few points. #2 was the worst. 1.The fire alarm was broken upon check in. We requested it be fixed. They made a big deal about having to get someone in as it was a Saturday. I was told we would get a text before the tradesperson enters to fix. We return from being out to find our door wide open and tradesmen in the room with a staff member. No notice of entry. 2. At 8pm, us and our kids were in bed. A staff member used their key and walked straight into our room. No knocking, no call out, just opened the door and went to walk straight in. They then made up an excuse about a “dryer”. We then felt unsafe that they had staff who just walk straight into rooms. 3. The double sofa. Was OKAY for kids to sleep on (although they complained) but no way as an adult. Lumpy, uneven and very unsturdy. 4. Booked for 5 people, only 4 towels provided. Overall it was okay. Quite a few issues though so I don’t think we would stay again.

On check-in, was informed that staff had to take you to your room and give you access - each time you needed to access your room. A water leak caused faults to their computers etc and lifts were playing up. The internet was not working and had no TV for two days, then once working, every channel was pixelating for the rest of my stay - grrr !! Albeit not the staff's fault, they assisted as much as possible. Was then informed that the car park was closed for two days due to maintenance and would not be accessible - this ended up going for almost 3 days.
