Stayed over for family birthday nearby. Clean comfortable rooms. Crisp clean sheets and comfortable bed. Appreciated the bathroom amenities. Great hot cooked breakfast $8.95 in bistro. Restaurant facilities. Some well known bands coming up. Overall great value for money. Would stay here again if needed

It was filthy! Filthy! There was poop on the toilet roll holder, what appeared to be a large splash of semen on the ground next to the bed, decades of mould in the shower... it’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where I’ve been too afraid to walk around with bare feet. We had to wear thongs in the shower because we were worried about catching something, it was so filthy in there!

We could not find any evidence of faeces or semen although I can assure you we have extra thoroughly cleaned the room from top to bottom for our next guests. Please if ever you have a problem with the room or anything contact management so we can address the issue immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.

Thank you for highlighting a few of our facilities with others including our breakfast cafe, bistro open for lunch and dinner, late night gaming room with food and drink options, function room and sports betting facilities. Old bathroom made it seem unclean. Had to ring reception (on my own mobile as phone wasn’t provided) to request wifi password. Crockery old and stained
