I enjoyed the pool and sauna. The hallways smelled like cat urin and the carpets in the room looked a bit moldy. Also staff were nice to let us check in early, but when i asked for directions to get back to our car a few hours later a different staff member replied in a very condescending way.

This is a perfect location close to the train station, shops and city centre. We have stayed many times and will continue to do so. Unfortunately we were given a key card on check in for a room that was already occupied - reception staff then gave us free breakfast to amend for that embarrassment. Bathroom not as clean as usual. But overall it’s a great hotel at a great price.

The only thing I could say that was good was the location and the bed was comfortable. The room requires a lot of maintenance, the air conditioner was broken, TV didn't work properly and there wasn't a microwave which I thought would be a standard in all hotels. Walls are thin and I could hear the occupant next doors TV playing late. Was generally clean and staff were friendly enough but I think they need to invest in minor upgrades to make the stay a lot more comfortable
