Nearby hotel playing very loud music until 1:45 am. Can't sleep with that amount of noise. But it is a fairly central location.

This property is in a great location and is well-priced, however, our 7th floor room was terrible to sleep in due to external noise from a bank of what appeared to be air conditioners below. The noise was loud and incessant all night. The room itself was well appointed with an oven (we didn’t use it), large fridge, table and chairs. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, for us, the noise cancelled out the positives and at most we can give this place a medium rating.

The floor was dirty. Black feet after walking around inside the unit for a couple of hours. Nespresso that leaked constantly and hot water fluctuated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a Cosmo Room, beds were good, kitchen facilities were compact but good. Only issue is the two way bathroom/toilet has an open shower so a lot of the floor area gets very wet. Other than that enjoyed our stay and staff were very helpful when requesting anything needed.

Check in was not fun, no smiles or chatter from the staff member Zee. Not clean and broken shelves and tiles. Tiny closet of a bathroom and complimentary coffee pods had broken seales. Nemthi was great on check out, very lovely and pleasant to deal with.

Nice apartment in excellent location
We had a nice apartment on a 16th floor with a balcony that could just see over the building behind and have a nice view of the city scape. The apartment was clean, well equiped and in good condition. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The gym was handy and nicely equiped.

When I arrived at the property in the middle of the night, I had to lug my bag up multiple steps. The gentleman in concierge than stood and hurled constant abuse and was yelling at the young, female receptionist. I felt extremely dismissed as a customer and concerned for the receptionist. It was unsafe and unprofessional.

The hotel close to everything 👍Walking distance The only thing was their was no fan in the bathroom And the way the tv was positioned was very odd … If you wanted to watch it in bed it was on top of your head … Very uncomfortable … underwire all good 👍👍
