Staff were so lovely and service was amazing! The room was great and they upgraded me to a city view room and gave me a later checkout for my first time! The mini food court downstairs is lovely and affordable and has a bit of everything and very handy having iga right next door. Definitely staying there again!

I have stayed here a few times over the years and the location is great and the staff are kind, the cleanliness has gone down a bit over the years, and also parking is a bit of a challenge seen there is no onsite parking anymore but great value for money and safe

Make sure you can lift your luggage up stairs. Bathroom was literally in a cupboard and just too small to be comfortable and no room for privacy of you're sharing the room. The rest of the room was open and large.

Great location. Less than 10 mins walk from Sky bus terminal (for a pensioner with a heavy suitcase). 2 mins walk to tram stop for free tram. The reception/desk staff were very helpful with transport links. I was upgraded to a room with a street view, with a fridge/ kitchen/cooking facilities. Would definitely recommend
