Disgusting. The toilet didn’t flush. They refused to move me or fix it and then refuse to refund me for a room that wasn’t fit for human habitation.

My plans changed so I only stayed for a few hrs. I always choose oaks to stay at . But I won’t anymore due to when I was checking out, they were asking me too many questions why. It’s none of their business. I felt very uncomfortable and confused. I’ve paid for a night . Who cares if I check out early .

Hybrid flooring was vacumed not mopped. Our feet were not clean without socks or thongs. Also very noisy as I believe the 11th floor is beside the aircon motors. Did mention the noise to staff who pretended like they didn't know what we were talking about but said they would look into it. Never heard from them again.
