No worries with the room. Didn’t need a view anyway. It was Christmas but getting the room service trays cleaned away or clean glasses seemed strangely difficult. Staff were very polite and had no dramas there. Food was edible but I didn’t write home about any of the meals.

The place is average and nothing to rave about.

Very hard to find the entrance. Given the price, parking should have been included. The room was clean and what you would expect for the price. The view from the room was good. Buffet breakfast was good but nothing to rave about. Room was too hot to sleep with a dooner and there was no top sheet on the bed, to enable the dooner removal. Could not cool the room enough to sleep. The pillows while nice and soft, made sleeping difficult. The staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating. The food was ok but not rave worthy. Good coffee. Plenty of amenities near by, in the shopping center. Unless we are attending a conference there again, we wont be making any effort the stay there again.
