Beautiful room, amazing service, completely let down by non-insulated windows that you can hear people talking from the esplanade, and the restaurant and room service being unavailable. Would love to stay again but if I can’t sleep due to outside noise, it’s just not an option

Staff had no sense of urgency, after the staff had lost our booking even tho we had provided the booking email. They did sort out the issue in the end but it shouldnt take upwards of 30minutes to check in. Communication between shifts is non existent. Hallways are noisy and you can hear a pin drop

We were disappointed the pool wasn’t available and we didn’t know about it. The website could have been updated as I specifically added a swimming pool to the filter and Peppers came up.
