During checkin, I booked the hotel parking(basement), but the staff guy did not tell us that there was no lift from the car park straight till the floor we were on. If he did, we could have taken out our luggage at the reception and not have to carry our heavy luggage 2 flight of stairs. The room was extremely dark and had no sun light at all !! The building seemed covered from all angles so no sun light could come in. Very poor experience

Room and staff were fine - I damaged my car trying to get out of the car park which is too narrow for bigger vehicles. Signs are not enough - either fix the opening, warn guests before they arrive or attempt to drive down there or don't offer car parking at all. I will need to make an insurance claim now to fix my car.

We were located on a floor with the laundry facilities which worked out perfect for us with young children. The beds on the rooms were awesome, very soft and much needed after a day of exploring. The hotel is older and would benefit from a few updates to the blinds, and railing in the shower as it was quite slippery. Being an appartment having a knife to cut fruit etc and a few condiments such as jams would encourage the use of the kitchette more also. One comment from another was the wish that house keeping vaccummed the floors whist servicing as they were not done during our extended stay. Overall our stay was met with accomodation and super friendly staff. Would highly recommend for the location and customer service.

Multiple times the reception area was filled with rubbish from people leaving it at the tables. not cleaned up throughout the day. cleaners came ever second day to rooms which was no issue, but felt they didnt really clean, only replaced towels and made beds. left bag of rubbish behind.

One of the staff worked at the front desk kinda of racist. We ask if they have an electric outlet converter, he said they dont have it, people borrowed and dont returned it. However other tenants asked from a different staff, they were given and available!!!
