Great Location. Good parking Options. Staff helpful. Were a couple of small issues heating didn’t work that all that well and toilet cistern small leak. But good value for money in a great location. We enjoyed our visit.

We arrived early and they had a room ready in time for us to change and head out to our lunch. Very pleasant reception staff. Bed was a little saggy but I’d be happy to stay there again. Nicely appointed apartments and good value for money

The property was close to the hospital and shopping, there were several good places to eat as well, all nice things. The staff was cordial and helpful. However, the room itself although, outwardly clean was not. The dishwasher was stinky from not being run, the shower had mold in the corners and around the drain, and there was dirt and urine around the toilet area, and even an old band-aid behind in the dust. The floors and carpet needed a good cleaning. My only other issue was the mattress on the bed was thin and pretty lumpy. It needed to be replaced. Overall an ok stay but I spent a lot of unnecessary time cleaning things.

Having stayed at this place for more than 25 years I am disappointed by the slip in presentation and offering - no daily clean, no mini bar provided, dirty carpets etc - for increasing cost. Appreciate Covid must have been tough for managers / owners but this previously top location and venue is off the mark now

We were woken at 8:30am to a loud crashing sound and came out of our room to find that the glass top table had exploded and shattered glass all over the table, chairs and floor. We called the after-hours number and were told no one could help us until 9:00am. No one called, so we called again at 9:20am and were told we needed to wait for housekeeping staff to arrive. Housekeeping arrived at 9:55 am to clean up the glass. We were offered no apology, no one asked if we were okay and when checking out, they didn't provide anything for the inconvenience to us from a safety perspective or time lost waiting. All we got is we are short-staffed, and we've never had this happen before. It was all about them and not about us as the inconvenienced guests. It's a pity. Maybe show some care and empathy. Maybe offer a discount. Perhaps provide a voucher for a future stay. All they did was complain about staff shortage and that this has never happened before. Not a great experience. Yes, it was a freak of nature that a glass top table shattered, but handling the situation with your customer matters. This is a pity as we had a wonderful stay until this incident. Poor customer service. Poor customer experience. I hope no one else has this happen to them during their stay.
