The best bed!! I slept in the middle of king size woke up a refreshed queen 👑 The room I had was on the wing with a balcony and I captured Melbourne scenery full of lights with a sprinkling of rain. Stunning. I was travelling through for my work. Room service was excellent and I enjoyed a good rest! Staff were very friendly. The building is stunning. I took a walk through on my check out. Historical. ♥️💫

Customer service was not good this stay, not sure if new staff but we’re not interested in helping us at all. Felt like we were inconveniencing them by checking in. The location and the staff at the reception is great, but the room is quite filthy and very dusty (doesn’t feel like they used the vacuum at all!), refrigerator was broken and dirty inside, booked a “Yarra view room” but barely can see the river itself due to the trees - scam?
