Check in was slow, only one person at Reception. Booked a 2 bed apartment and one of the rooms was locked. Was waiting for someone to come and unlock it but no one came before we had to go out, so we were all trying to get ready in the one small bedroom. Had to remind them at reception when we were leaving

The kettle was broken when we arrived tried contacting reception via phone multiple times and couldn’t get through, finally got through and was told another would be sent up, the next morning still no kettle I needed to contact reception again, plugged in the toaster to find it set off safety switch and also was not working and needed to have that also replaced, asked for more towels as we were using the pool we were given one towel and told another would be sent to our room which it was not. Cinema not working or available either. There was also an issue with the lift while we were there. Have since spoken to other family members that have stayed over a year ago and they said they encountered very similar issues in their stay.

The room was ok, not the cleanest hairs (including middle body hair) on floor, maintenance required to fix sliding door in bedroom that was fixed, but the balcony door lock tried to be fixed but never got fixed so I couldn’t let my kids stay with me for 4 of the 5 nights I was there they so they had to stay with in laws. Requested shower gel on day two and day three which never arrived. The TV is off centre for no reason, not sure why not central in front of the sofa where it belongs. Rug is very dirty with sticky stuff on it. Reception staff nice, and hotel ok, but a middle rating based on the above, for obvious reasons not having my kids with me in the apartment for 4 of the 5 nights stay was frustrating, was given a bottle of cheap wine as compensation, not really adequate given the circumstances.

We checked in a 2 bedroom apartment sky level. Got into the room and 1 of the bedrooms was locked. Called over and over again to have it unlocked took about 2.5 hours. By this time it was 11.30pm. Balcony on sky level un un-safe. No chairs or table. Just like standing on a cliff. Glass was shaky. Location was good thats about it.
