Well design layout, modern and comfortable. Sanitary facilities are efficient bringing me back to Japan!

Very disappointed with the W hotel. We arrived midday on a Sunday about midday. The reception advised me they will call me once our room was ready. By 3pm still no phone call. I phoned them to check if room was ready. What i found the most disappointing was there was no restaurant or cafe open in the hotel. The receptionist advised me the 'wet bar' near the pool was open. This space was very noisy and not at all a place to enjoy a meal or drink. As we couldn't dine in a restaurant I thought room service would be our next choice only to find the menu very small with not many options. We ended up ordering uber eats. The final problem was I am unable to receive my $200 back from hotel for 2-3 days. They take $200 bond at checkin and as I only spent $40 at the hotel I need to wait for the balance to be refunded. I will not go back to this hotel.

Loved the staff and service. They looked after us extremely well. The room had a slight issue with the drainage in the bathroom and the only parking available was valet but aside from that the stay was lovely. Would definitely go back again
