Modest accommodation with no wifi. Needed my personal hotspot close to the window for coverage but excellent location, very clean and tidy, and very good value. Staff are very pleasant. No trouble check-in during the midnight hours.

The staff were friendly and engaging, and the rooms are quite nice. Unfortunately the beds are not the most comfortable, some of the rooms have really uncomfortable mattresses. I have stayed 5 times or so, the first few times the beds were great, I suspect some of the mattresses need replacing, to the point where I may have to look for an alternative place to stay in the future.

Great place to stay. Close to Southern Cross Station and the sky bus which makes it so convenient. Also it is on the free tram circuit. Always stay here when I come to Melbourne.

Staff friendly and good location near to Southern Cross Station. Shower had good pressure. Uncomfortable pillows and beds meant I left with back pain. Overall wpuld nlt stay here again for the money I paid.

Staff great Room in poor shape. Was a zipped king and there was no mattress protector meaning sleeping anywhere in the middle of the bed meant the zipper digging in.
