A great stay as expected. Lines were a little long, checkin took almost 15mins and had to wait for a table at breakfast for the same amount of time also. That aside, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Ideal location. Close and central to so many things. Rooms show slight wear and you need to ask for them to be serviced otherwise they won’t service them. Lobby is lovely and it’s is an excellent place to stay if you are in Melbourne

We had a lovely night at the Westin. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room with king sized bed and soft Manchester. The lounges are comfortable and offered a well considered range of options including high tea, drinks and meals. Guests looked very relaxed. The Westin is in such a good location for good quality restaurants and cafes, theatre,shopping and sightseeing using public transport.

I love the westin. Its always amazingly comfortable with incredible service. The property needs some maintenance however with most treadmills not being very good condition in the gym and the showers are difficult to get water temp consistent. But overall a good stay.

Very dissapointing as we arrived at 3 pm and can only get into the room after 5 pm. We kept asking when the room will be ready but the receptionist kept saying she will check. We couldn’t have much rest for our events in the evening because we were so tired already. The room after all was good but the whole experience was not nice.
