Room was on the pricier side. Location is superb, 2 minute walk to Emporium and Melbourne Central shopping district. Room service was pricey - and supplied by Chargrill Stealhouse so quite upmarket. Buffet breakfast was wonderful with complementary barrista made coffee and “eggs your way” and omelette at the buffet. Pool was warm (even at end of autumn) and in full view of restaurant patrons. If you order from delivery services, they will meet out the front in laneway as entrance is unmanned. We booked a twin and were upgraded to a more spacious twin room. Rooms were stylish and beds were very comfortable. USB ports for chargers built into power points at height of bed/bedside table. Check out at 11am as standard is always nice! Overall, nice stay.

The room was very clean and well presented, it was a very functional room despite not being super big! All the staff were very lovely and helpful! The hotel itself is in a very good location, very close to the mall and a walkable distance to most other things. We really enjoyed our stay!
