Excellent location, clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. Pool was closed for maintenance which we weren't informed of prior to visit, and the in-room dining menu was limited, but apart from that it was a great place to stay.

Not what was advertised . The pool area eas half the size. The restaurant upstairs was a small room and service quite slow in the area . There was no info on things to do or about the restaurant downstairs in the room. Concierge lack knowledge of area or access to places. Most conceirge are able to tell you places to go and how to get there and sort things didnt even know there was free shuttle from tourist lounge in chadstone shopping centre that kept sending us too. Got more info from the cab driver.
