Beautiful interior very clean. However the parking is hectic, and purchased to have parking available and was told the room keys are used to scan in & out however they didn’t work.

This is a stunning hotel, which provided us a convenient and relaxing stay. My sons loved the pool and spa and rate it the best they have experienced. I mentioned it was my sons birthday to the staff who brought our room service and in a matter of minutes he was back with a supprise birthday dessert for him. So sweet and considerate.

It is a really pretty hotel. I would ask for a quieter room next time as we were on level two and heard a lot of roadnoise throughout the night. The fan in the bathroom also wouldnt turn off/didnt have a button. Beds were comfortable, should have ordered off the pillow menu as pillows were way too big.

Could hear traffic noise from the room. In room dining/pool side dining wasn't very nice food. Kid friendly, loved the pool, great to breakup the weekend shopping trip.

Our room smelt like cooked meat as it was directly above a restaurant. Had the added bonus of no hot water in the shower and staff not overly concerned when mentioned. Disappointing as spent a lot of money to stay there
