THE ROOMS WERE ALWAYS CLEAN, THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF DID AN EXCELLANT JOB. FRONT OF HOUSE WERE ALSO GREAT AND NEARLY ALWAYS GREETED ME ON ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE. THE BASIN IN MY ROOM WAS DIFFICULT TO USE UNDER THE RUNNING WATER AS IT WAS SO CLOSE TO THE CORNER AND THE SHOWER BASE LEAKED WATER ONTO THE FLOOR. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO HAVE 2 LIFTS WORKING BUT IT WASN'T A BIG PROBLEM OVERALL I ENJOYED MY STAY AND WOULD USE THE HOTEL AGAIN

Very clean, tidy & comfortable. Ducted ventilation was a bit noisy. Figured out I could probably lock myself out on the balcony so make sure you don't do that. I didn't use the 24hour room service but it was good to know it was there - prices are reasonable.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It looks like they are doing updates to the hotel. Reception check in was easy & staff were great. We had the buffet breakfast which was good value (if you paid the $25 the night before). The room was spacious, clean and tidy but I was a bit perplexed as to the bathroom layout. The bathroom has been updated but I found it odd that the toilet is directly to the left of the door so if anyone is using the toilet you cannot open the door to go in (unless they leave the door open). The oversized vanity is against the far wall & has a large sink with the tap in the far left corner of the basin & due to vanity being quite high, this makes it difficult to use. The shower is a bit oversized also and has a massively unnecessary rain showerhead and the water runs along the top of the edge of the tiles and doesn’t drain properly. So I personally think they need to re-think the design of the bathroom. Other than that, we were happy with the hotel as it is conveniently located and would stay again in future.

Had to park the car next door and walk up stairs which looked creepy and smelt urine , Was given a room with the view of our condition motors , The Front door of the room had so much gap on the bottom and sides you could almost see inside, which caused it to hear so much noise in the corridor as well , The TV was too small and wasn’t a smart tv , Had to pay for movies , The wifi didn’t even work , The lifts were too slow ,

Bedside lamps had usb charging, room was a good size for our overnight stay, bed was very comfortable. Only draw back was if you want breakfast at the reduced price it has to be ordered the day before, we didn't arrive until after the cut off time, so we sourced breakfast from a different establishment.
