Clean room, friendly, helpful staff. Great location, an easy walk from Southern Cross train station. Very nice coffee shop and local pub across the road. Comfortable bed and good amenities.

Although located in great area. No heating in main room. requested king bed and unpacked then advised and advised to move to another room, to late as unpacked. Blinds kept hitting the window frame throughout the night. Will not return due to this. When advised the receptionist on check out, just said "I'll tell the manager" not good enough

Everyone was extremely helpful. Was so nice to see happy faces on the way out in the morning & coming back in the evening. The housekeeping staff were very friendly & nothing was a problem, we needed more hangers & asked for extra pillows. They were bought in that day. Over all an outstanding 11 days!! Well done team, I fully recommend staying here.

The Quest Docklands is in a great spot and easily accessible. The premises is clean, comfortable and well appointed. My 1 concern is the hot water, it is scorching and cold water ebbs and flows. If you are not careful you could be scolded, very quickly. I did mention this to them on departure and hope it is tended to. I would stay there again

The studio apartment I stayed in was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist with my queries. The property has easy access to Marvel Stadium from the rear entrance so it was conveniently located. The only issue I had was when I checked out I asked the reception staff to call a taxi for me. They had requested a large sized vehicle that I was charged extra for when a regular sized car would have been adequate for one passenger with a large suitcase. That was the only disappointing aspect of my stay.

The room was a good size and included a washing machine. It also had easy access to Marvel Stadium and southern cross station via the exit on the 4th floor. Overall a pleasant experience.

Last minute decision to go to watch the footy. Fantastic location, we will definitely stay again. Parking was unavailable at the Quest so be aware, parking was extremely expensive near by.
