I came late night and I got 2 big luggage and 2 medium luggage, may be bcoz of after hours there were no staff to help me to get the luggage to the 6th floor ( lifts were available ) same happened during the check out time. Also the milk which was kept in the fridge was expired.

Couldnt get there due to borders being closed for Covid 19 we are stuck in Tasmania. Informed both Wot if and The Great Southern Hotel about this but neither would give us a refund or a voucher to use at a later date. They happily just kept our money knowing we could no longer get there. The cancellation wasnt by choice it was forced by government restrictions. Will never use wot if or stay at Great Southern again as they ripped us off.

Unfortunately, the hotel has no control for reservations made via third party online vendors and cannot cancel or modify a booking directly - all changes are completed via the third party online vendor. Upon checking, we also found out that you also have a reservation arriving in July 2020. If you would like to cancel your booking, please call Wotif directly to speak with one of Wotif support team to cancel. They will have to contact the hotel on your behalf to process the cancellation. All bookings that were not made directly with the hotel needs to go through the respective agent as the payment of the bookings are dealt with by them and not the hotel. Thank you for your kind understanding on this matter.

I thought Tolarno Hotel was an amazing place to stay it has great character and the beauty of art that flows throughout the hotel with so much culture of art to see it really is magical! It’s such a bright and vibrant place staff are so kind and tend to your every need!! Great advice and lovely to talk to they are gorgeous people honestly they really made my stay one to remember! Room was great amazing! Overall it is a MUST SEEE PLACE!

The clientele and the noise throughout the night was horrendous, might as well be a homeless shelter. Would not stay there ever again.
