Covid certainly has changed a lot of procedures and services in the hospitality industry, for some hotels.Breakfast: There is information on the websites that we don't offer breakfast on site, not too sure if you missed this.Parking: I've checked both the Wotif and the Expedia website in relation to car parking and they do mention that there is a cost for this, including our own website, so not too sure which website you are referring to about the free parking.Pricing:I believe that our pricing is very competitive for our accommodation offering, especially on a Saturday night in the City.Staff Issues:The staff member in question did advise what occurred on arrival and has apologized for not being empathetic.
