The foyer had a gorgeous smell. The room was modern and spotless. Loved the idea of getting a credit voucher for not getting room cleaned daily. I will definitely stay next time in Melbourne.

The heating/aircon in the rooms doesn’t work properly and cant be adjusted in the room - I have to ask reception to adjust which is inconvenient and they often forget to do it. This is an ongoing issue with the rooms and often mean it’s uncomfortable for sleeping. Also most recently there was no hot water for a morning shower. As a regular customer I’m becoming less likely to stay at this hotel due to the room aircon/heating issues.

Nice place to stay. Convenient to where we wanted to be. I have stayed in hotels before, where. If you arrive early. The reception will do everything to get your room as soon as possible, then ring. But this wasn't the case. A bit disappointing. The restaurant within the hotel seemed to have an attitude issue!

Great location when going to Theatre. So many food options and easy walking to many attractions including Vic Markets. We stayed in a deluxe king room. Pretty small room but was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Bathroom was small and there was not much privacy with the toilet, which would be my only gripe. Loved the contactless check out. Will stay here again
