The Mantra was very basic. There was nothing in the fridge, like cold softdrinks to purchase or a couple of biscuits to have with a cup of tea. Only 2 english breakfast tea bags were in the room which is generally the most popular, vs earle grey and other varieties. The shower floor was very slippery and i had to be very cautious in it. One of the waitresses by the name of Linda was so friendly and helpful and was happy to help us all the time we were at the restaurant. She was a very hard worker, cleaning continuously always with a friendly smile to everyone.

Room was very spacious. Very clean. Well equipped with tea and coffee and a fresh milk. Big shower. Loved the room. Staff felt a bit generic, not a lot of personality apart from the lady restaurant supervisor at breakfast. Had 2 meals. They were ok. Menu was a little bit narrow. Wasn't asked if meal was ok both times,but they were. The shuttle wasn't explained ie where and to hand ticket in at an office.but minor issues...it was a great stay in a huge comfortable room.

Room was super clean , bed was comfy and amenities were great . Only thing to add is that the tea and coffee facilities were a bit poor , however we didn’t really need them. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent and very convenient . Would definitely stay here again.

Air-conditioning was archaic and ineffective. Room was far too warm to sleep and turning the thermostat down only made it nosier. In contrast, the fridge iced up my drink. Bathroom doors and two sliding doors were a real nuisance when going to the bathroom at night. They had to be kept closed or the light from the mirror switch light up the bedroom too much, It's a refurbished hotel and still needs improvement. Staff were really great, I feel bad giving this review as they were so friendly.
