Have stayed many times, but it appears to be declining in quality. Breakfast options seemed scaled back and lower in quality. Servicing of rooms was poorly done with barely the beds straightened up. No items in the room were replenished without request. Attempts to call reception went unanswered. Hoping this was just a once off, as it has been better in the past.

We were very happy with the hotel condition. Bed was comfortable. Room very clean and spacious. Location is ideal. Check in staff efficient, friendly and warm. Breakfast so so however staff very courteous and helpful. Laundry facility was a bonus. $2 a wash with free washing powder and another $2 for drying, cant ask for better.

Stayed at Holiday Inn  Express  Little Collins in Melbourne and had a very pleasant experience! The hotel is right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the train station and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Its modern design and clean rooms made for a comfortable base. I appreciated the included breakfast each morning, which added good value to the stay. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful throughout — made check-in and check-out very smooth. The city view from the room is just breathtaking!! Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne!
