This is a newish hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Nice breakfast included but no microwave. Location is convenient but you can't escape those noisy cars / motorbikes. Bring some ear plugs.

The shower was awful, we could not have a shower because it was a hand held shower and there was no wall rail to fix it to. i had to wash with the hand held shower in my hand. No bath robes either. Very poor. Very noisy, people laughing loudly next door til 2am. I reported these issues to reception in the morning but they didn't care. They had run out of some cocktails (they come premixed). The biggest disappointment was the shower and the noise

Our tea we order from the memu Friday was cold and not nice. The Lasagne was half frozen and not heated up properly. The fish fingers and chips was cold also. The meal didn't have a cover on it when we pick it up from the dining room. Not happy with it considering the price we paid for it... not cheap..

The staff here are lovely and professional. I asked for a late checkout which was happily provided for. The coffee in the buffet breakfast was the best thing, not so much for anything else.
