check in time 3 pm late and too many people waiting, there should be more staff at reception. while I was waiting, people checked in and got their keys while i was told the room is not ready. it was frustrating. I felt that I am not important as a customer.

First house keeping clean, our laundry bag disappeared, Hotel says it wasn't them, 2 days of used clothes, wouldn't worry except my boys expensive Nike tops and the staff say it never happened, then with 4 people booked in they only left 2 towels, staff not to be trusted.
