Was a lovely view, good location and clean apartment. However customer service was poor. Asked for early check-in, which was confirmed. Ended up not being able to check in till 3;20. An hour and 20 min after the listed check in time. And a long time after our requested and confirmed check-in time.

I was dispaoointed to find that we had to pay a security deposit that was more expensive than the apartment price. We were not forewarned about this. Also one of the lifts wasn't working int he building and was only told this when we checked out after my swipe card did not work and I spent 5 minutes in the lift trying to get to the reception floor

Too small. Only fit for 2 people to habituate. The staff were great. Shower needed.a clean. And did not expect used condom wrappers in the bedside table drawers.

Like: Location Dislike: -poor ventilation in bedroom: aircon is in main area and fails to refresh air during night, -Kettle has a faulty switch , -1 soap bar for days. - odd number of cutlery and crockery
