Clean tidy and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect for getting around the cit, tram and train stops located right out the front. Excellent communication and access to parking.

The apartment is very close to Melbourne Central. The place is very small but has got everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy with their instruction. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness can be a bit better. Overall it was great.

Arrived at the property to be buzzed up to 'reception' which was just a dodgy hotel room with a desk in it. given our room key that was almost impossible to unlock the door to get in, couldn't lock the door from the inside which we contacted reception to ask them to fix, and they stated they would get housekeeping to fix it the next day. No one fixed the lock and the next day we were unable to get into our room as the key wouldn't open the door for 4 hours, we were stuck out on the street until the early hours of the morning until we finally unlocked it (after almost 4 hours of trying to open the door) attempted to contact the staff with no answer. Got inside and the door wouldn't lock from the inside again, we spent 2 nights in a room that wouldn't lock. We told the manager the next day about the lock who disregarded our problems and was refusing to give us a refund and argued with us for 30 minutes in front of the room about why it was our fault that we couldn't work the key and that he believed it was safe for the door not to lock because they have a fob system in the lifts. The manager's first language was Chinese and he couldn't speak hardly any English and was talking to his staff in another language in front of us. We had to argue with this man for over 30 minutes and get wotif.com involved to get a refund, after all this, the manager was trying to deceive us into leaving before they refunded us. Do not stay here whatsoever book somewhere reputable! this is not a hotel

Unit was cramp but, served all needs for 4 adults. Able to walk to the footy and parking not too far away. Staff very helpful.

Couldn’t get past the bad smell of the room. Found black hair through the bed which is weird for two blonde hair people. Staff very friendly!

Property is close to Melbourne central and trams. The floor is dirty and bathroom had a very strong urine odour. The bathroom door hand was loose on inside, not safe. People in the apartment next door were smoking weed. There was no hand sanitiser in the lifts or foyer. By 5pm the sliding door to the front of the building was broken - anyone could get it which felt unsafe.
