We just found that the hotel had a rooftop bar that wasn't open on NYE for some reason. We also believe that the breakfast could have been better. No coffee machines were not functioning or at least had either the water replaced of beans replaced. Generally, the hotel was good, excellent rooms and polite staff.

The hotel was beautifully appointed as you would expect with a Sheraton. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast was lovely, dinner in the restaurant was delightful, but room service was below par - the offerings are limited and there seemed to be an issue with our order that took a very long time to fix. Perhaps a few more coffee pods too, for those of us who like more than 1 coffee a day...
