Spacious apartment in a great location

Spacious well equipped apartments in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Great for families, couples or those travelling on business. Comfortable bed although could do with some extra pillows. Excellent staff on reception and in the QSR restaurant downstairs. Be sure to check out QSR (they also provide oom service) for a relaxed meal, drinks or coffee catch up.

city short stay

Pros: decor
Cons: Defrosted freezer. Housekeeping oversight? Bench for our bags. Much better welcome.....personally, do not like the two sheets and doona sandwich.
Location: China town dirty, great eat outs, crowded, lively. Close to theatres. Trams etc
Staff polite, "say" the message but not convinced they were thrilled to have us stay with them. Rooms small, hallways pokey once you get out of the elevator! Refridgerator freezer compartment chock full of ice with no door on freezer. Not sure about city prices, felt we got just aboaut what we paid for. Would not stay there again and I would choose to train it back to Geelong and stay overnight there where staff welcome you.

Will stay again

Pros: Extremely clean and well located. Also well maintained.
Cons: Some of the reception staff could be a bit more welcoming (most were great)
Location: One block to the city and about 3 minutes walk to all the great restaurants in Hardware Lane.
My husband, our adult son and myself visited Melbourne to see the Wallace and Gromit exhibition and chose Adina Queen Street due to its location. We travel a lot and were extremely happy with our accommodation (2 x 1 bedroom apartments) extremely clean and well located for Bourke and Collins Street and Hardware Lane for dining. (If you go to hardware lane go to Triim for breakfast, we had the big breakfast and my son had eggs Benedict and all agreed it was delicious). would I stay here again? Yes, certainly - it’s out of the hullabaloo but only one block away from the centre.

Easy to access all of Melbourne

Pros: Staff were great
would only have one complaint and that is that the air conditioner turns on and off all night. I am a light sleeper and having it stay on would be better.

Great location

Great location - so close to everything. Anything that was not within walking distance, was so easy to access by the free tram service within the city. The staff were very helpful. The one bedroom apartment was fantastic - had everything we needed. Internet service was initially intermittent but they were able to fix that by connecting a router in the room and from then on it was great. We would go back there for sure!
