I have now stayed here twice. The first stay was a couple of years ago and it was terrific. Everything you might want. My most recent stay felt like a different hotel. Getting into the room was fine, but once in the room, we noticed some little things. Windows all had residue, cobwebs on the balcony furniture etc. We were told on check in that a room turnover cleaning service would happen once during our 5 night stay which perfectly fine. I called after 2 nights to request cleaning service, but returned that evening to no difference. I called again and was told our room was listed as cleaned, but our set of towels and soaps still remained where we left them. We were brought a fresh set of bath towels but nothing else, leaving us without bath mat, hand towels or face washers. This felt strange. Finally, not the hotels fault here, but a guest on our floor decided the entire first 2 days of our trip would be accompanied by her screaming in another language at the top of her lungs. Very, very weird. Could hear it through their door and into the bedroom of our suite. Hopefully the hotel is just having a down week.

My only issue was having to pay for car parking on top of accommodation. We had a wonderful stay and loved waking up to the views & sounds of the ocean. Sitting on the enclosed patio was rather warm during the day but very nice at other times.

Great views. Very clean, sleek and stylish room. Very close to lots of shopping and a variety of eateries. Parking is off site in a gated outdoor area but close. Thankfully wasn't raining when getting bags too and from the car.

Do not accept an apartment on level 3. Noisy, hot and uncomfortable. Street out front is crazy…I’m sure it was better much higher. Had two gym boys arrive while I was on the treadmill who decided to play EDM at 1000 decibels for their workout. Getting them to turn it down a fraction was a nightmare. You can’t help Surfers Paradise! We’re back to Broadbeach. Ps: Coast restaurant is first class, excellent steaks.

on the booking page says parking available but it is not onsite so have to walk 6 or 7 minutes with luggage as the drive through was overcrowded. Went to order pizza and drink for room service but order refused as minimum order $90??? so then had to walk into town to get some food The tiled floor in my room had sand on it from previous guest which was annoying
