Rooms were clean. Had everything. Staff was wonderful. Negative was no food room service. Menu at restaurant was limited. And food was Uber expensive ?50 dollars for breakfast for one is a bit much when the closest restaurant outside is too far to walk in the cold and rain and at night we felt unsafe. Otherwise hotel was great

Wish they had coffee all day/night. Staff was friendly and prompt. Recommend check in staff let people know that we needed to use room key for elevator . Loved the propert and staff. Great weekend.

Our bathroom had a strong urine smell and was not cleaned properly. It was near the elevator, and guests were laughing and talking loudly at night. The elevator was so loud that it was difficult to sleep. The bed sheets had dirty spots.
