Great for visiting New York

Stayed Friday night to go into NY for a show and dinner Nice clean comfortable hotel and a great location. The Path is literally right outside the front door. One stop to the World Trade Center and then subway to midtown Breakfast was OK .. fairly standard stuff ...up on the 12th floor with a view across the river...nice!! Parking garage is just across the little square and $27 for the night..seemed reasonable.

Check in was a little rough having to wait so long for the elevator up. The room is pretty nice although there's definitely stains on the wall and couch from what I only assume is bodily fluids lol. The room was advertised with free parking but we have to pay a discounted rate and the in room dining service is stated but when I called to ask for it they said they don't provide this service.

Room is big The only thing I don’t like is the closet is in the bathroom, which is a bit moisture for my clothes and the vent is really light. Other than that, everything is great we live in the top floor. The rooftop is beautiful.

Overnight stay

It was a nice overnight stay with my daughter. The room smelled a bit of body odor upon arrival but I do travel with Lysol so I sprayed some but would prefer to walk into a somewhat fresh smelling room. Otherwise the cleanliness was good. The service at front desk was great. Gentleman at front even offered my daughter some cookies. Unfortunately she’s allergic to eggs so vegan options or allergy friendly options would be nice in future.

amazing view and breakfast

Great location, path station just crossing the street and take you to WTC in just 6 minutes. Good breakfast, incredible view of the Sky line of manhathan, good restaurants near. Good room but the sofa bed was in terrible conditions, you could feel the springs, since they couldn´t change our room, the staff provided us with an inflatable mattress. it helps but I kindly suggest replacing the sofa with new ones.

Let’s start with the downsides: if your room faces the street instead of the river, the 24-hour noise from the tram below will keep you up. Forget about parking—it’s $27 a day. The breakfast is mediocre, but the atmosphere is top-notch, right by the Hudson River. Look up, and you’ll see Manhattan; look down, and you’ll be scooping salty oatmeal. Everything else is a plus.
