PROS 1) Front Desk - Victoria gets a special shout-out. She was great and helped us with Lyfts, etc. 2) Loved room. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. ISSUES 1) AC/Heat thermostat hard to get to work. We felt like the buttons did not “press” correctly and we just “pressed randomly” until we got what we wanted. 2) Phone never worked. The outlet the phone and the desk lamp plugged into only had one side working. You’d have to unplug one and use THAT side only for EITHER the phone or the lamp. We opted for the lamp. Needed the light. Told the front desk twice, but it was never fixed while we were there (8 days - told about day 2-3 and again at end). 3) Needs a microwave! To have an in-hotel restaurant (where we ate 2x and ordered a large pizza we could not finish) and NOT be able to reheat it?!!! Cheaper hotels have microwaves w/fridges. Disappointing. 4) Needs USB ports. Again. Retro fit! Cheaper hotels have them. 5) Would NOT have chosen an adjoined room had we known that is what we were getting. “Next door” folks loud, and twice tried to get into our room thinking it was theirs. 6) Needs water fountains! Or places to refill water bottles. Other hotels have them. Again - a 2 gallon dispenser isn’t the lobby for ALL residents?

My bathroom grossed me out. It had a bunch of bugs flying in it. And was not very clean. Plus lots of hair in bathroom areas Also crumbs on the ground. The breakfast was gross.

Stayed here a few times never had a bad experience, this time I felt unsafe and rushed to leave even after paying for late check out. Room attendant entered room 2 times while we were still in the room checked in even after advising her that we extended out stay. the last time she entered I was undressed. Such an unpleasant experience.
