Staff won’t even let us drop off bags early charging $5 per bag is ridiculous just contacted the previous hotel and they let us leave it there until we made our way over to NJ.

The building was freezing! The hallways didn't seem to be heated, the bathtoom floor was frigid. Our heater in our room wasn't functioning when we arrived so it was 61 degrees. The breakfast isn't included in the cost. It's approximately $10-16 per person and that's not buffet.

Room was very clean, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer lounge service during our 4 day stay. We were told that the lounge was closed because” the staff person called off work. “ Also coffee was cold and when I asked for fresh coffee was advised “we just made it” Pool was nice and clean but water freezing. It’s not too far from nyc but lack of hotel shuttle from airport was a bummer as well. If you’re on a budget yes great stay! If you have wiggle room stay somewhere more hospitable
