Great location, and the place was spacious for a family of four. It was very neat and clean. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of English and South Indian options, both hot and cold. The supermarket in the hotel was reasonably priced, and there are plenty of shops, including an ice rink, within the hotel. Overall, excellent value for money.

The apartment was amazing at all levels. The space is comfortable and got everything one needs. The designer who designed, furnished and equipped the apartment is very thoughtful. The hotel location is close to the metro station and the market. There's a mini market that got everything at standard prices, from fresh fruit to frozen food. Staff are very friendly and it's super easy to speak to room service. The spa facilities are great. There's plenty of parking onsite.

The hotel has 2 buildings - one is only hotel rooms n is definitely nicer and feels like a 4 or 5 star property. The other building is the apartment only property called Residence which is large apartments but lousy and the lobby looks like some cheap 2 or 3 star hotel.. and being very reasonable on price, it attracts that kind of crowds as well.. totally avoidable.. unless ur only requirement in a hotel is lots of room space..else just go for an other hotel.. even the location is lousy..

The only thing I don’t enjoy staying here is their old fashion television sets still in use here. I couldn’t connect to YouTube or other apps. Their internet connection was poor,which I don’t know why.

Property is amazing and clean. Food can be better but we are there for sleep so place is definitely Amazing. I have taken my family to two other hotels, Hyatt is by far the best.
