The staff was very friendly and accommodating, did not charge for parking because they were repairing the back entrance to the parking lot. I felt safe and comfortable there throughout my trip.

Parking was far. The bar wasn’t fully serviceable, only was able to provide shots of liquor. There was not a shower curtain in the bathroom. Showering made a mess we had to clean up.

The entire hotel had been through a catastrophic crisis. Pipes more than likely burst. The staff over did their best. Most of the rooms were open and unoccupied. Furniture was stacked everywhere. Multiple air blowers were on all the floors. We had to be relocated to another room. The TV couldn’t be set up. They comped us the parking fee. In order to access the parking lot. We had to walk around the corner. Instead of using the exit to the parking lot. My issue overall was _ we were not being informed at check in about the situation. Speaking to other concert goers. They said the same thing. However, I must say I slept very well.

The hotel was under repairs due to some issue with the pipes. We were not notified before our arrival and when we went to check in, they told us that we may not even get a room due to this problem. We drove over two hours to get there so we were not happy. Later I that evening we called back and fortunately they took us. There were fans on all the hallways an a lot of loud noise and a damp smell. The people of the front desk were kind but it was a stressful experience.

Coffee or not changed or cleaned from the previous guest before me. Service/check in was so so so slow while a manager was standing there watching. Wasn't warned ahead of time that the pipes burst which caused an odor. House cleaning never checked to clean the room

How dare you??!!! You cancelled my reservation 13 minutes before we arrived, over a credit card I was prepared to replace. No notice. Terrible terrible customer service! We had to scramble to find another place before our concert, on Valentines Day!

The room needed some TLC! It was a stain around the floor on the toilet like it needed to be wiped. The bed sheets had holes in them. I was utterly upset because the reviews on here were fairly good. The downstairs lobby was about 20 degrees at all times because of the automatic wide opening doors from both ends. They absolutely need to have those automatic doors replaced to be smaller and not a whole wall wide or have a turn style automatic door. To have the lobby floor that cold felt like a crime against humanity. They need options to fix that. In short “it was good enough” but I wouldn’t book here again. Hard to get a decent hotel in AC without paying $500.

Staff was kind. However, upon arrival there was disaster remediation equipment throughout the hotel. The lobby looked fine, but the exit to the parking lot was closed off requiring us to walk around the outside of the building to access our car; sidewalks were not completely cleared of packed snow and ice. We stayed on the 7th floor. There was clearly water damage throughout the hallway, with the wallpaper peeling from the floor up and numerous industrial fans blowing air the entire length of the hotel. Our room smelled like clothes that had been left in the washer for a few days and the carpet was damp around the perimeter of the bed. Worst of all was initially entering our room: the bathroom door was closed. We were getting settled and a woman walked out of our bathroom, scaring the holy bejeezus out of us. She was inspecting the room. We have stayed at this hotel in the past, but this will likely be our last time.

It was not a good experience, I arrived late Thursday feb 12 to find out the hotel had suffered a water flood on a few floors of the hotel , the carpet in my room was wet , we couldn’t sleep because there was construction people all tru the hallway floors tru the night cleaning the damage. Lots of noise and we barely slept
