Only I wait for enter because the personnel in the front desk they are no attending nobody until 4:00pm and the excuse the reason give us the room in no clean, I am asking already 3:45p.m and all the people waiting and after 4:00pm long line for registration. I am disappointed about that.

I had a reservation that was booked 5 months ago. I get there and my reservation suddenly doesn’t matter because all that was available were handicap accessible rooms. A big inconvenience being that this room has none of the amenities I paid for. It was very frustrating

The room that we were assigned to.. had a loud fan on it seems that it was flooded but they didn’t notify the front desk so we had to return to the lobby and we were given another room. we loved that parking was included. Breakfast choices were limited, we were not impressed. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, lots of hot water. I would stay there again but won’t include breakfast

All shower fixtures rusty, hair in tub, felt more like a motel than a hotel. Mix up with our key and our room was entered by security staff with all of our stuff in it for they say they were looking for anyone’s id….seriously ??? We actually had a staff member tell us that they’ve had people literally enter the hotel and live in the rooms until they get caught. They comped the parking for the inconvenience…..really, the parking??? Wanted to leave and had a very rough night of sleep, especially with the most uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows. But unfortunately, due to the event we attended, there was no reasonable availability anywhere. This was an all around terrible experience…know it’s not the Ritz…..but we might as well have stayed at a motel or hostel….
