Was told they didn’t have a room side by side as they were fully booked. One party spent the night the opposite end of the building and the place was empty. Could have been dealt with better but just lazy. Overall good place to lay your head.

We found the room to be dated and aging. On top of that it was under-staffed and the Chicane restaurant had more than half of the menu items unavailable, things that should have been addressed ahead of time, especially within peak holiday times.

When we arrived it was earlier than we thought but the lovely lady on the desk found a room for us to get in straight away which was fantastic. It was a nice room which was nice and clean and would be fantastic to be there during Bathurst racing.
