It was noisy throughout the night into morning with some strange humming sounds. People talking loud. Room furniture look horrible. Dresser scratched; chair material torn. No hot water. Muffin only for breakfast.

Get what you paid for.

The room was ok, we get what we paid for I guess. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, we had to body slam it to close. The fire alarm kept going off non stop in the middle of the night. This is the second visit this summer staying at the same place, however this time the check in person refused to take payment for parking through our card and made us get cash to give him, really shady.

Refused to let me check-in because I am not over 21 (British tourist). I couldn’t find anything on their website disclaiming this rule and I was still charged for one night. While I was sat in the lobby trying to find somewhere else to stay, two separate guests complained at the front desk about the poor cleanliness and lack of towels. I stayed at a different Wyndham Rewards hotel just two blocks down, who thankfully let me stay regardless of my age. I was grateful in the end that I was refused entry because the place looked grimy and dodgy, ‘Days Inn’ was a much nicer hotel and not much more expensive than Super 8. Elevator was out of service and the gentleman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful.

I will never go back to this property. Was not at all what was advertised on Expedia. Extremely bad area. door of room did not properly shut. Elevator was broken. Tv was left on in the room. The places elevator was broken, but expected for me to carry all my luggage up three flights of stairs and go up and down stairs for the length of my state and still charged me full price. My room was not Ready until approximately 4 30 Which is past the check-in time but they still charge me full price period The king size bed suite room Is nothing more than a glorified closet With no refrigerator no mini fridge no microwave Period The microwave that is for use is in the lobby and is extremely filthy I would not put my dog's food in there to warm up Period Bottom line save your money, sleeping your vehicle it's cleaner safer and more convenient for you period did I mention they wanted to charge 25 a night for parking after their site said parking was included.
