Although this is near the outlets I feel there are better places to stay for the price point. This hotel needs some updates that’s the gist of it. Also I didn’t realize the hotel parking is in the public transportation garage as well the building you walk thru to get to your car and or hotel is creepy! The room is an average and needs to be updated. Again for the price it’s not on the boardwalk near the exit not a night time vibe at all. And there were a lot of dogs barking during my stay.

Sheraton AC Review

Check in took roughly an hour because they were not properly staffed for the rush of customers. the bedroom wasnt cleaned properly, again because of the high volume of customers. Parking staff seemed very agitated and rude.

We came at 4:30 and our room was not ready. We waited until 6 :30 and after I went to complain they gave us different room from the reservation. I don’t know if the price which one I paid was different from the reserved room. They has not enough housekeepers
