checked in for one night, rushed to put stuff in room because my son had a basketball game at the convention center....upon returning at 1130 to shower and go to sleep...discovered there were specs of feces on the bathroom floor and door....told they were sold out and no rooms to move us into...nighttime front desk person, came up and mopped the floor but said, he couldn't refund the room....DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!

The room was absolutely filthy! I have several pictures. There was mold on the floor tiles an old bandaid beside the bed a yellow ring in the toilet the tub was disgusting also. The curtains were also old and smelled of mildrew

The rooms had a very bad smell tubs were very dirty carpets were dirty there was a unknown stain on the couch when I walked in my room the light cover was broken on the floor very bad experience they did nothing to accommodate me on the room conditions will not be ever coming back to this hotel very disappointed with my experience 😔

The worst stay in my Atlantic cities travels

It was horrible i slipped and fell in the entrance the floor was soak and wet and i hurt myself really bad the property lied they didnt exstend my stay because i told them u needed to push my reservation back a day to sunfmday and i didnt come in thursday he said he woukd but he marked me as a no shoe and kept my money. They keep charging my card for money that shouldnt be charged and i had to block the comfort suites. The lights in the room where broken they closed pool and breakast never told us when it was over or the time it closed. The gm byron lied and i sliped cause they didnt mop the floor up in the entrance.

My room smelled like cat pee, the worker said its a “ normal smell “ it felt dirty soon as you walked in the room. Pillow cases had stains on them i asked for new ones. My shower did not have a shower head it took HOURS to fix ( we arrived late i told them to come in the morning) i had to keep asking for towels. They told me i have to wait 30 minutes because they are washing them. Which made me check out late . Housekeeping kept knocking on the door i told them i need to get ready first its not my fault the hotel did not have towels. Rug looks dirty and old. Definitely do not book !
