Hello, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. However, I am somewhat by your comments about the TV. The TV is a 4K, 65 inch model with local channels and Netflix. The TV is less than 3 years old. I am unsure what you are seeking in a TV.

Excellent facilities however be ready for the stairs in the apartment and key box in bottom row of post boxes. Not ideal if you have any health issues.

Regarding the stairs - the apartment plan and photos clearly show the stairs on our listing. You will also note that the apartment is not listed as having "accessibility" features.
