Do not stay here until reviews improve!!!

Hotel is undergoing renovation and should be closed during this time!! There was clearly a flood because loud fans are in the halls and the carpet in my room was damp. Original room had the following that did not work: fridge, light over bed, telephone. We got locked out because our keycard did not open the courtyard-facing door to our room. We ended up asking for a room switch, and half the lights did no work in the new room. Also, I found out at 11pm that the previous tenants had clogged the toilet (disgusting contents) and housekeeping did not seem to notice this when they cleaned. Thankfully, the maintenance guy who came in was very nice and helpful. The hotel advertises a pool, and that is the only reason we booked this hotel. But, it was not working. The front desk person just kept blaming the past owners on the issues. But, with this many issues, close the hotel for a couple of weeks, instead of trying to make money off unsuspecting people.

Good overall

Overall the hotel was clean and the people were fabulous. The hotel is somewhat dated and was having many issues I think that were due to recent heavy rains. I saw multiple buckets catching dripping water, and an entire hall was blocked off with an industrial fan blowing.

I reserved my room online they took my money then when I got there they said they overbooked and couldn't refund me so I have no money to go to another hotel. The pool was not available the ice machines were all broke the service and hotel were overall not a place I would ever go to again they need to close it down.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The restaurant is closed. The pool is closed. There was a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector. How on earth housekeeping could miss that is beyond me. The air stopped working the second day in. The elevator is out. Room keys stopped working twice. The outside side doors do not lock so anyone can get in. There's not even cameras at the side entries. My kid who hasn't even been in the lobby for employees to see and doesn't even share the same name was able to just tell them my room number and got room keys when ours stopped working. Literally anyone could tell them a room number and get the key. There was also a pair of khakis just sitting in the corner of the room. I've been at some pretty crap hotels and this one tops them all. Being outdated is one thing but this is so much more than that. I visit frequently to see family and would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Also the fridge froze all of my food 😤

Outdated but suitable

So this property is very large, but quite outdated. They have started renovations and because of this- many amenities are closed. So no pool, no hot tub, no bar or restaurant. No biggie- we just wanted a place to sleep. Check in was easy and the attendant was super friendly. She gave us a razor and an extra blanket with a smile. Walking to our room you could tell renovations were needed, but our room was still clean and comfortable. The only thing I found “not clean” was the carpets which were sticky. This definitely could have been from age, but I wore shoes the entire time. Overall, I would use them again in a pinch- but if I had the option to go elsewhere with with working amenities I may do that. Would definitely give them a tray again once renovations are complete.

We changed rooms three times because of the smell in the rooms, the last room we ended up in did not smell, but the carpet was wet 3 feet from the windows.
This was the continental breakfast.

This hotel has so much potential, and I want to love it. But the room had several issues: burn marks on the toilet seat, rust in the shower, urine on the side of the toilet, and pieces of toilet paper on the bathroom floor—clearly never cleaned. The floor didn’t appear vacuumed, the outlets seemed overloaded, with loose connections in the bathroom, and the fridge won’t close due to ice buildup. No extra sheets were available for a chilly night. The carpet felt damp, the closet door was off track with a loose bumper, and I struggled with the door lock. The toilet flushes very slowly, and in my first room, it wouldn’t flush at all without holding the handle down. I had to switch rooms due to this. The pool has been out of service for five months, which is unacceptable, and there are almost no other amenities. The hotel is technically under renovation, but I don’t see any significant progress. No work seems to be actively happening, and I don’t notice any updates despite renovations supposedly starting last November and being scheduled for completion by this December. If renovations have been ongoing for six months, it’s not evident—unless I’m simply not getting one of the updated rooms. This hotel urgently needs a significant, visible renovation.

there is nothing about the pictures of this hotel that resemble this place even a little! $200 for a room, you pull up in there are drug addicts picking through the rocks for cigarette butts. After having two cards of mine charged two different prices?? a phone call comes in, and she tells the person on the phone we have no restaurant, no bar, no sauna, no hot tub, no breakfast none of the lists of things that's listed on 5 different websites! So as we find our way to the parking spot, there ares bags of trash,bags of blankets scattered and trash all over the ground!! It looks abandoned in dilapidated. Not landscaping or lawn care done ,Somebody smoking crack in their car It is unsafe it is filthy. I immediately tried reaching out to the company and still have not heard back to the point where we left, contemplating do we just lose the money and make the drive home !!! It is disgusting in these rooms. Unfortunately, this was the only choice that we had seeing,as I just went through a traumatic health event and was in a coma for 90 days, and we had already spent all this money on a babysitter and traveling. And needed to get on my oxygen. The doors do not lock, there is no safety bar to put across the door. And we just fold the blankets back and there are blood stains and what looks like urine stains so we are packing our things and leaving. We've tried to reach out to the hotel and can't get a hold of anyone. This is unsanitary and unsafe. I need help from somebody immediate

I was taken in with the "by Radisson" in the name of the hotel. Maybe this was a Radisson in 1980 but it was not up to the standard I was expecting. We arrived and found out the pool was not available due to a "heater upgrade", disappointment #1. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, hot water for tea, small prepackaged muffins and a bowl of apples, disappointment #2. the room and bathroom were clean and a good selection of channels on the TV, but the Wi-Fi was spotty and we realized our door could be opened without using the key. The staff changed our room and that room was clean as well, but housekeeping only came to change the room every 3 days, again not up to my expectations. I thought the good rate for the room was due the the advance booking, but not the case. Not a horrible place to stay as long as you keep your expectations low, staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms and bathrooms were clean, but I wanted "Radisson" quality
