While the staff were welcoming and helpful, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures you see on the internet. It is run down and neglected. The towels were dirty. One of the washcloths had mascara on it (not my mascara). When we saw how dirty the room was, we skipped the breakfast. What I thought was going to be a relaxing stay in Cedar Falls turned into a "how fast can we get out of here?" layover.
