Private with spectacular views. 5 minute walk to river, shops, cafes and bakery. Ideal setting for couples and families. Fully self contained. New kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable 3 bedroom house with spacious new deck with breathtaking views. Main bedroom has queen bed and ensuite. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. Large wood fire with split heating/cooling system in lounge and another in the kitchen. Evaporate cooling throughout the entire house. Separate lounge and kitchen/dining area.

Activities

Walk to the river, cafes and shops. Bring your bikes and make use of the rail trail or aquaduct trails in the area. Feed the local parrots and cockatoos from the balcony. Enjoy a variety of board games, toys or books in front of the fire. There is plenty of room for children to play in the back yard; with a sandpit, play area and lots of grass to run on.

We feel like our own place
I had the pleasure of staying at this place that exceeded my expectations. The location of the property was ideal, it was conveniently situated in a vibrant neighbourhood, with easy access to local attractions and cafes. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the local culture, attractions and atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by how much better the property looked in real life than in the pictures listed. The hosts responsiveness to any questions or concerns I had was remarkable. Overall my family and I had a great time.

Currawong holiday house is perfectly located iwth beautiful views and close to shops /eateries / cafes. Facility is well maintained and has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday with family.

The stay was great, loved the communication with the owner. The house was clean and very comfortable. I would suggest a sensor light at the back door and lighting on the entrance, because entry after dark is a bit unusual. Would recommend a stay, and thanks to the owners for the lovely warm and cozy fire and amenities.
